I see I am falling behind again..lol lets see. go back to yesterday... I went through old recipes with my grandma all day and got some very old recipes all the way back from my great-great grandmother as well as great grandmother on both sides. ORG ones so I can scrap book them. I am making a book for my mother and sister. There were recipes that my papa had found while he was in the army... so neat to see that kind of history both for sentimental reasons as well as I love to cook. We are making a stacked cake( one of Grandma Lee's recipes) for our family's Christmas day dinner together we are having at my sister's house. My parents, us, and my grandma & step-grandpa will be there plus John's son as well..
We got grandma's family room done . The tree up and shania painted G.G's kitchen windows for her today.. Steve is taking a few days off of work to help grandma finish up some much needed things that she wants done and also the BATHROOM biggest project of all...
We went out to my sisters tonight for Shelby's Christmas program at her school. She did really well it was cute.. Than I took my mother out to dinner with the girls and we had a good time... Had such a good time that we got out of the car acting crazy and I locked the keys in the car....rofl had to get Steve to RESCUE me and get them out..lol SO that is some of what we have been up to this week... Hope everyone is having a blast during the BEST month of the year!!!!
