So these are a few pics of this evenings events. Had a nice lil party with my mom and grandma and had a nice time. Next week when her BFF gets back from a trip she took than she will continue her celebration by staying over night than we are all going out to min golf with the whole gang from church. I have more pics I will post once I get them D/L onto this. We always love celebrating at G.G's house :) Well that's it for tonight.. hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving and a wonderful Black Friday :)

Sandy Patty & I 2007 WOF Conf!

First an update on my weekend

AMAZING FREEDOM!!!!
That is what I got the privilege on experiencing and observing this weekend. The women of faith conference was in Glendale AZ this past weekend and I got to go with a group of wonderful ladies from Christ Church of The Valley( I belong to their home school group) I sat just a few rows back from the stage and had such a wonderful time. Went from Friday evening to sat evening. Nichole C Mullen sang her heart out.. Sandy patty, Luci swendall, sheila march, and many others were there was fantastic. They talked alot about issues I needed to hear about and specially on some that I have had a hard time with like letting go of people who don't love you back( ya know those relatives who would rather have drama than healing) and so forth. I got to meet Sandy Patty again and get a pic with her after she signed my book.I tried to get the pics but will see if I can post them in a lil bit not sure whats going on.. anyway so that was my weekend and the Good Lord gave me a MIGHTY touch. My back has been out fora week now and REALLY BAD and I so did not want to miss this Women of Faith thing and I prayed and pressed through and I AM SO GLAD I DID.. What made my back worse was when I was leaving sat evening I took the stairs instead of the elevator and well did some damage but I think the meds are starting to help. I am supposed to go see a DR next week sometime about my back ... Anyway that was my wonderful weekend and the girls and daddy got to spend it together and get spoiled..lol.. but I guess that's what is supposed to happen :)

A great start to a great week ;)

Woke up this morning to such a beautiful Monday:) A nice breeze birds singing and just such a nice morning. Got Steve off to work and laundry started breakfast over and now just taking a moment to *get a breath* before diving head first into this busy day and week. We had a very busy week last week as Steve worked ALOT of hours and worked on the bathroom as well as weekend. We got the shower completely in ( shew) now to just put up all the brand new things for grandma to finish it of course paint it we have brand new flooring to put in as well. Will be such a cute little bathroom. I keep saying I will post pics but man if I can just get a min to actually do it...lol.. So finishing that project and now starting on the back room. We are ripping out the old carpet and putting new flooring in and painting so grandma will have a nice clean fresh living room:) Than after thanksgiving we will start in on the kitchen/dining room area. That will be the next MAJOR project so we are not even going to attempt it before thanksgiving..lol.. Well I had better get off of here and get busy... Dear Lord, I thank You for this day. I thank You for my being able to see and to hear this morning. I'm blessed because You are a forgiving God and an understanding God. You have done so much for me and You keep on blessing me. Forgive me this day for everything I have done, said or thought that was not pleasing to you. I ask now for Your forgiveness. Please keep me safe from all danger and harm. Help me to start this day with a new attitude and plenty of gratitude. Let me make the best of each and every day to clear my mind so that I can hear from You. Please broaden my mind that I can accept all things. Let me not whine and whimper over things I have no control over. And It's the best response when I'm pushed beyond my limits. I know that when I can't pray, You listen to my heart. Continue to use me to do Your will. Continue to bless me that I may be a blessing to others. Keep me strong that I may help the weak... Keep me uplifted that I may have words of encouragement for others. I pray for those that are lost and can't find their way. I pray for those that are misjudged and misunderstood. I pray for those who don't know You intimately. I pray for those that will delete this without sharing it with others. I pray for those that don't believe. But I thank You that I believe. I believe that You change people and You change things. I pray for all my sisters and brothers. For each and every family member in their households. I pray for peace, love and joy in their homes that they are out of debt and all their needs are met. I pray that every eye that reads this knows there is no problem, circumstance, or situation greater than You. Every battle is in Your hands for You to fight. I pray that these words be received into the hearts of every eye that sees it.


I got this in an email and I thought this was really good. I will strive to pray this for not only those I love but also those that I struggle to love.
